Style Compatibility Notes

This site employs Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control its presentation. While the most care has been taken to provide equivalent information to the users without style sheets function, some very old odd browsers (such as IE 3) badly behave with some style properties. If you have some trouble in displaying these pages, please turn off your style sheets function, or update one of latest browsers which support CSS more appropriately.

Note: The WebTV brower's problem, which does not impliment "background:no-repeat" property, is now seemed to be soloved.
